Mat fitted me, my course and my friend in 5 minutes before close! he did absolutely amazing! I felt so beyond welcome! And we just had the most awesome conversations before getting a piercing! definitely would recommend going to Dragon FX 100%!!
I had an great time! I got an apprenticeship piercing by Mat and they did perfect. Rachael was assisting/guiding and was wonderful as well! Both answered any questions I had about the process, guided me on aftercare BEFORE the piercing, and made me feel very comfortable and confident!
Got my double lobes pierced by Mat and it was one of the best piercing experiences I have ever had!! Made sure to help me get exactly what I wanted, and talked the whole time to help my nerves. He even stayed late to pierce me and my friends! if your thinking about getting a piercing go here immediately!!
Honestly, not sure why there are any bad reviews for this place at all!! Every person in there is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable on what they do. The prices were by far the cheapest I was able to find in the surrounding area. The best part, though, Chantelle; that woman knows how to tattoo!!! I have had quite a few tattoos, and this was by far the easiest! She was mentioning the placement I was going for (butt cheek) could be quite painful. So you could imagine my shock when, after 30 minutes of barely feeling a thing, I walk out with a tattoo that will for sure not need a touch up for many years! I am truly impressed! I’m still debating if she actually tattooed me, or simply used a sharpie to draw it on. If you are at all worried about getting your first tattoo, please, request Chantelle! Also; couldn’t leave a review without mentioning Bobby! What a great energy to have in the shop!
Previously tattooed years ago at this location and the tattoo still looks great. Definitely a good shop for tattoos.
I decided to check this place out for piercings because they are APP. The shop is clean and all the staff is friendly, the jewelry quality is top tier.
I do feel conflicted however as I was told by the piercer that I am tongue tied and that I have a vein right down the centre of my tongue where a piercing would’ve gone. I had disclosed that I’ve previously had multiple tongue piercings and it was almost as if they were trying to scare me saying I got lucky and it was dangerous to have done.. well I went both to my doctor and other piercing shops for opinions on the tongue tie and an anatomy check.. I am not tongue tied and there is not a vein down the centre of my tongue. Everyone else that checked was confused why I was told this
I brought my 8 year old for her ears as a birthday present. She waffled and had a change of heart and no issues. They were totally fine and said she can come back when she's ready. A few days later she was totally down and ready to do it. I missed the piercers name, but she was absolutely amazing! Explained everything in detail from what was gonna happen and what she was doing. There were a few tears with the first one, and she waited, talked her through it and made sure she was ok before the second ear. My daughter absolutely loves them, "that wasn't bad at all!" And can't stop talking about how much she loves them.
As an aside, I got my nose done on a whim, and same stellar service. Even got a call today asking how everything was going and if I had any questions.
Would recommend and prob gonna go back for tattoos next!
I just went back for the second time to get my nose stud downsized because it keeps snagging and then growing an irritation bump. The first time I was turned away because it was “too early” even though they told me to come 8 weeks after my piercing to get it downsized, but when I went they told me I was too early because it hadn’t been 2 calendar months. Today I came at 7:30, well before the advertised closing time and was still turned away because the piercer leaves at 8 and apparently needs a half hour to clean. I came right at 7:30 and was still turned away. What makes a difference of 5 minutes to them will cost me like an hour because I will have to make another trip back. What kind of service is this.
I have been going to this location since 2013 for all my tattoos and piercings. Always a friendly atmosphere with reasonable pricing. I have been seeing Chantelle for all my tattoos. Love her work 👌🏻💖 …
